Job Description
Uncle Stan’s Foods is actively seeking a seasoned HR Manager to guide our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and training, while ensuring compliance with legal standards and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment processes, facilitate onboarding, conduct employee training, evaluate performance, manage investigations, and mentor junior HR personnel.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
