Job Description

Uncle Stan’s Foods is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR team. You will oversee all HR functions including recruitment, performance reviews, salary evaluations, disciplinary actions, and employee development.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and onboarding excellent staff.
  • Training and counseling team members.
  • Conducting performance and salary reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 7 years of HR experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦250,00.00 – ₦300,00.00 per month
