Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Assistant to lead our HR department and support our company’s growth and talent development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, employee relations, and a passion for creating a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and values.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Implement and improve performance management systems, including performance reviews and goal setting.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate employee training programs, and promote professional development.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Policy Development: Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Legal Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company’s compliance.
