Job Description
Sageto Limited, a Private Limited Liability engineering construction company, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager for a full-time position based in Abuja (FCT). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic HR plans that align with our business objectives, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, and overseeing employee relations.
The Human Resources Manager will also lead performance appraisals, coordinate training programs, and ensure compliance with all employment laws and HR policies. As a key leader within the HR team, you will provide essential support and guidance to staff.
