Job Description
R & R Recruitment Services is looking for a qualified and experienced HR Manager to oversee key human resources functions, such as recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR operations
- Lead talent acquisition and new employee onboarding
- Develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectives
- Promote and sustain a positive workplace culture
- Address disciplinary issues
- Track and analyze HR metrics and reports
- Ensure adherence to labor regulations
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Manager
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Salary: N350,00 – N400,00 per month.
