Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting high-quality candidates.
- Handle employee relations issues, including resolving conflicts, mediating disputes, and providing coaching and guidance to supervisors and employees.
- Administer performance management programs, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and professional development plans.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of HR management experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, are also required.
