Job Description
Nanjing Essence Fine-Chemical Co., Ltd. is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in Lagos. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, along with 5-7 years of progressive HR experience.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Overseeing Recruitment and Staffing
- Managing Employee Relations
- Implementing Performance Management systems
- Facilitating Training and Development initiatives
- Administering Compensation and Benefits
- Ensuring Compliance with Legal regulations
- Developing and enforcing HR Policies and Procedures
Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree or HR certification, alongside proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
