Job Description
Interswstik Nigeria Limited (ISNL) is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the role of Human Resource / Admin Manager. As a leader in the manufacturing of high-quality plastic products, we prioritize innovation, precision, and sustainability.
Job Location: Ikenne, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N200,00 – N220,00 monthly
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Cultivate positive employee relations and communication.
- Design performance appraisal systems to support employee development.
- Manage payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
