Job Description
Henriken Consulting Limited (HCL) is seeking a qualified Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department in Lagos. This full-time, on-site position requires a dedicated individual with at least 5 years of HR management experience, specifically in the Oil & Gas sector. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment processes, develop HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Key qualifications include knowledge of HR policies, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP), is preferred.
