Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at ELVARIDAH. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient HR operations.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and promote career development.
  • Oversee the performance management process, including conducting performance evaluations and addressing performance concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards in all HR activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
