Job Description
Dreams by DV8 Hotel, a prestigious luxury hotel located in Surulere, Lagos, is on the lookout for a committed Human Resources Manager to elevate our exceptional service standards. We take pride in treating each guest like family, creating a serene environment complemented by contemporary architecture.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing hiring processes, onboarding new team members, monitoring employee performance, and advising on company policies. Additionally, you will oversee payroll, ensure employee satisfaction and health and safety compliance, and play a crucial role in staff development.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree along with a minimum of two years of experience in the hospitality sector. The monthly salary ranges from N300,00 to N350,00.
