Job Description
The Borno Women Development Initiative (BOWDI) is a women-led, registered Non-Governmental, Non-Profit Organization located in Borno State, Nigeria. We are committed to humanitarian and development efforts that emphasize education, peace-building, and livelihood improvement.
We are currently looking for a qualified individual to fill the full-time position of Human Resources Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing HR policies, overseeing recruitment processes, ensuring adherence to Nigerian labor laws, and fostering a culture of accountability within the organization.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of five years of HR experience (preferably in the NGO sector), along with a professional HR certification.
