Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and talent development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager.
- Familiarity with labor laws in Nigeria.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria
Salary: Starting at ₦450,00 (includes 20% performance appraisal).
Experience in B2B e-commerce and large manufacturing is preferred.
