Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Alister Greene Limited. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company’s HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Handling employee relations issues and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Administering performance management programs to ensure fair and consistent evaluations.
  • Providing guidance and coaching to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
