Job Description
Hobark International Limited (HIL) is a prominent player in the oil and gas industry, with operations across four countries, including our main office in Lagos. We are currently looking for a Human Resources Lead who can provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across all HR functions.
This position entails developing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment processes, and enhancing performance management systems. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of HR experience specifically within the oil and gas sector, hold a relevant B.Sc. degree, and have HR certifications as a valuable asset. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills are crucial for success in this role.
