Job Description
The Supermart / Eden Solutions & Resources is seeking a Senior Human Resources Lead based in Abuja (Gwarinpa). This senior HR business partner (8+ years) will lead HR strategy for our retail operations and partner with leadership to advance people priorities.
- Responsibilities: lead recruitment and onboarding, talent development, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR analytics.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications a plus); minimum 8 years’ strategic HR and HRBP experience; solid knowledge of Nigerian labour law; strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
Full-time role. Salary: ₦650,00 per month.
