Job Description

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Lagos. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of the HR function within our organization.

Your responsibilities will include recruiting and onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting trainings and development programs, and promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements for this position include a degree in Human Resources or related field, a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, proficiency in HR software and databases, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
