Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain HR records and filing system.
• Coordinate HR department activities.
• Develop HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor employee welfare and personal growth.
• Handle employee relations and recruitment.

Requirements:

• First degree in Business Administration/Humanities.
• Professional qualifications in HR Management (e.g., CIPM, CIPD).
• 6 years of HR experience (Preferred).
