A Human Resources Generalist plays a crucial role in supporting the overall HR function of an organization. They handle various aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and administrative tasks.

As a Human Resources Generalist, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
