Job Description
A Human Resources Generalist plays a crucial role in supporting the overall HR function of an organization. They handle various aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and administrative tasks.
As a Human Resources Generalist, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Providing support and guidance to employees regarding HR-related matters, including benefits, leaves, and employee relations.
- Organizing and coordinating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assisting in performance management activities, such as conducting performance appraisals and addressing performance-related issues.
