Job Description
Dynambyte Solar Energy, a premier manufacturing firm located in Agbara, Ogun, is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of HR Generalist. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our Human Resources department in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll processing, coordinating onboarding and training programs, and fostering employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements: Ideal candidates will possess proven HR experience, a solid understanding of labor laws, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
Compensation: The monthly salary ranges from N250,00 to N300,00, with accommodation provided.
