Job Description
ROVEDANA LIMITED is seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team. This hybrid position based in Lekki Phase 1 offers a competitive monthly salary of ₦250,00 net. The successful candidate will oversee daily HR operations, facilitate recruitment, manage employee relations, handle performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 2-3 years of HR experience in a corporate setting.
– Solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
– Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS is advantageous.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
