Job Description
Language & Skills Development Consulting Limited is urgently seeking a Human Resources Executive for our Medical Diagnostic Center located in Maitama District, Abuja-FCT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies that enhance workforce engagement and ensuring that all HR operations are in alignment with the organization’s goals.
Key responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, overseeing onboarding, driving performance management, facilitating staff training, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, along with 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably within the healthcare sector. Strong communication skills and proficiency in HR software are essential.
Compensation ranges from N250,00 to N300,00 per month, which includes health insurance benefits.
