Garment Care Limited, a laundry and dry-cleaning company, is recruiting competitive professionals to fill the position of Human Resources Executive.

Job Description:
- We are looking for competitive professionals who can formulate strategies to increase company productivity and employee satisfaction.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 1 – 3 years of experience in human resource management practice
- Professional development and training are an added advantage
- The ideal candidate should be personable
- Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers’ compensation, union relations is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be proactive and flexible.
- Knowledge area:
- Clear understanding of:
- Recruitment, orientation and onboarding
- Industry Relations Knowledge
- Labor Laws
- ITF Regulations and compliance.
- HRIS applications and use of Microsoft.
