Job Description
Future Moves Recruitment Agency is seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources (HR) Executive to join our Lekki Phase 1, Lagos office on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, enhancing employee relations, overseeing performance management, and facilitating training for both factory and administrative personnel. The ideal HR Executive will effectively implement HR policies while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws.
- Oversee performance appraisal systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
