Job Description
Mama Cass Quick Service Restaurant is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the Human Resources Manager in handling administrative matters and maintaining proper employee records. Key responsibilities include monitoring staff attendance, coordinating recruitment, processing new hire paperwork, coordinating training programs, and maintaining HR records.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree/HND in HR, Business, or a related field, with 1-2 years of HR experience preferably in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
