Lead HR and controls at FOAN GROUP: own recruitment across editorial, production, digital, technical and corporate teams; create HR policies, handbooks and codes; manage performance, leadership development, succession, employee relations, disciplinary actions and labor law compliance; design HR controls, support restructuring and workforce planning; advise leaders on people risk and governance; maintain HR records and audits. Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR, Law or Business (Master’s/CIPM preferred), 5-7+ years HR leadership, strong labor law knowledge, integrity and excellent communication. Full-time.
