Job Description
Work Evolve Limited is on the lookout for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to strategically align our HR initiatives with our business objectives. This full-time position, located in Lagos, offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 600,00 to 900,00, with flexibility based on candidate experience.
The ideal applicant should hold a bachelor’s degree and possess 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a strategic HRBP or HR Manager capacity. Key responsibilities will encompass talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
