Job Description
Resource Intermediaries Limited is in search of a proactive and people-oriented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic link between our clients and internal teams. In this role, you will oversee critical HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and business support.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass managing the recruitment process, preparing analytical reports, conducting assessments, and building robust client relationships. Candidates should possess a degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are mandatory for success in this position.
Salary: N200,00 Monthly (plus benefits)
