Job Description
Kennedia Consulting seeks a full-time, hybrid Human Resources Business Partner based in Lagos. Compensation: ₦300,00/month.
Key responsibilities include ensuring workforce diversity; leading talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning; formulating HR strategy and analyzing HR metrics; advising managers on coaching and career development; resolving employee grievances and conducting impartial investigations; ensuring legal and regulatory compliance; designing competitive compensation and benefits; acting as a change agent and primary HR contact; coordinating interviews and providing weekly reports to business leaders; and recommending policies to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
