Job Description
Tulip Cocoa Processing Limited, a prominent processor and exporter of cocoa products, is seeking a committed Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Ikom, Cross River. In this full-time role, you will work closely with business leaders to drive organizational performance and foster a culture of excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include aligning HR strategies with business goals, managing performance, overseeing recruitment, and enhancing employee engagement.
Qualifications include a B.Sc or HND in Human Resource Management or related fields, 3-5 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of Nigerian Labour Law, and HR best practices.
Salary: N300,00 monthly.
