Job Description
PalmPay, a leading Africa-focused fintech firm, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join their team in Ikeja, Lagos. This full-time position involves recruitment support, HR inquiries handling, data entry, new hire orientations, report writing, and more.
- Recruitment support and interview assistance
- Handling HR inquiries and maintaining employee records
- Coordinating new hire orientations
- Assisting with payroll and benefits documentation
- Supporting HR training programs
Requirements:
- Degree in HR Management or related field
- 2+ years of HR Assistant experience
- Knowledge of HR functions and employment law
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR software
- Immediate availability
