Job Description
IBADAN JOB CONNECT is seeking a full-time Human Resources and Business Development Manager to cultivate client relationships, assess recruitment needs, and drive organizational growth. As the primary client liaison, you will maintain regular communication, manage feedback and escalations, identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and lead client meetings and negotiations.
- Collaborate with the HR Administrator to review shortlisted candidates and ensure service delivery meets SLAs
- Conduct post-deployment follow-up, maintain the prospect database, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and performance analytics
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and expand accounts
Salary: ₦150,00–₦200,00 per month.
