Job Description
BOND CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES LIMITED is looking for a dedicated Human Resources and Administrative Officer to oversee our recruitment processes, employee onboarding, disciplinary actions, and training programs. The successful candidate will manage payroll operations, ensure adherence to HR regulations, and foster a positive workplace atmosphere.
We require a minimum of 4 years of HR experience, along with a degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software, coupled with strong communication skills, is essential. Candidates willing to relocate to our factory in Awe, Oyo State, are preferred; temporary accommodation will be provided for the first five months.
