SUD EQUILIBRE LIMITED is hiring a full-time, onsite Human Resources Administrator to support HR and administrative functions for a growing startup. The role involves designing operational models, managing recruitment and onboarding, administering attendance and leave, maintaining employee records and relations, coordinating travel and logistics, supporting payroll and reimbursements with finance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Nigerian labor laws.

• Qualifications: HND or B.Sc; 3–5 years of HR/administrative experience
• Skills: strong communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office and HR tools; able to work under pressure
• Salary: ₦250,00–₦300,00 per month
