Job Description

Philban Consulting Ltd is in search of a qualified Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and clerical support to HR executives, respond to employee inquiries, and manage incoming correspondence. Key responsibilities include drafting HR documents, updating employee records, and assisting in the recruitment process by screening candidates and conducting reference checks.

Moreover, the HR Administrator will coordinate administrative procedures, supervise support staff, and manage organizational activities. This position also entails preparing operational reports and budgets to promote efficiency in our operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month
