HIGHBRIDGE HOMES LIMITED is looking for a committed Human Resources Administrator to join our team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, providing administrative support for recruitment processes, managing onboarding activities, and coordinating training programs. You will also ensure the accuracy of our HR database, assist with benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or administration. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office are essential for this role.

This is a full-time position located in Lagos, offering a monthly salary of ₦150,00.00.
