Job Description
Our client, Brema Business Consult Ltd, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources/Administrative Officer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of HR policies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefits and handle inquiries related to HR policies.
- Coordinate training programs and facilitate employee development initiatives.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues and conflicts.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and ensure the organization’s policies align with current regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR/Administrative Officer or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in work.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Proactive approach to tasks and a willingness to take on new challenges.
