Job Description
FactBase Consulting Limited is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Trainee to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various training and recruitment initiatives tailored for our diverse clientele. You will also engage in implementing HR consulting projects and drafting research-based HR proposals.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/HND (Minimum of 2.2/Upper Credit) in OTM, Mass Communication, Social or Life Sciences, Humanities, Law, Educational Management, or Library Science/Technology.
- Age Limit: 26 years or younger.
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite.
- Must possess a valid NYSC Discharged Certificate.
