Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Supervisor to manage recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, training, HR policy compliance, records, KPI appraisals, and payroll support. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in personnel management or a related field and has 2–3 years of relevant HR experience. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and technical skills are required, with the ability to operate within corporate governance. Residence in or near Surulere is preferred. Compensation is up to ₦250,00 per month.

• Vetting and selecting candidates
• Mediating employee disputes
• Administering benefits and organizing training
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining HR records
