Job Description
Hobark International Limited (HIL) is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Supervisor based in Lagos. As a key player in the oil and gas industry, we are focused on enhancing our workforce and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
In this role, you will coordinate the recruitment process, assist with screening applicants, and collaborate on new hire paperwork. You will also identify training needs, facilitate performance evaluations, and support employee engagement initiatives.
