Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment process, review applications/resumes; assist managers with screening applicants.
• Collaborate with Group ER to coordinate new hire paperwork to ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures.
• Help drive awareness of the Performance Management system and its processes within Asharami Energy.
• Monitor performance evaluation processes for E & P and OFSE entities.

Requirements:

• A B.Sc. degree in Social Science or relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years work experience related to a human resource generalist role.
