Job Description
Geoinfotech Resources Limited is looking for a committed Human Resource Specialist to join our Lagos team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary between NGN 150,00 and 250,00.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in various HR functions. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Successful candidates should exhibit strong interpersonal skills, proficiency with HR software, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of HR metrics and data analytics is an added advantage.
