Role Overview: As a Human Resource Personnel at Santabella Music Empire Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our workforce, driving HR initiatives, and contributing to a positive work environment. You will be responsible for a range of HR functions, from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee relations and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work culture.
- Administer performance review processes and support professional development initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with legal regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
