Job Description

OXYMON SOLUTIONS LTD is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Personnel to manage all human resource activities and performance management. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, customer-focused, and possess excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining staff relationships, monitoring performance, and developing KPIs.

To be considered, candidates must have proficiency in statistical analysis, IT skills, and demonstrated integrity. A high level of organization and attention to detail is essential.

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of ₦70,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month.
