Job Description
Lvtopsun New Energy Company Limited, a leading solar products manufacturer in Nigeria, seeks a full-time Human Resource Personnel based in Amuwo Odofin, Lagos.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
- Administer HR policies, benefits, performance management, and maintain accurate employee records; ensure labor law compliance.
- Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives; advise managers on HR best practices and collaborate on culture-enhancing projects.
Requirements: strong HR experience and practical knowledge of HR processes. Salary: N150,00–N200,00 per month.
