Job Description
Zael Business Management & Consulting is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience. This should include at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, effectively leading teams and initiatives in HR.
Key responsibilities encompass employee relations, recruitment, training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₦150,00.00 to ₦200,00.00 per month.
