Job Description
The Change Room is seeking a Human Resource Officer for a reputable educational institution located in Lekki, Lagos. This full-time position entails overseeing recruitment, maintaining employee records, handling employee relations, organizing training programs, and managing payroll.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in education.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
