Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team at MKOBO MICROFINANCE BANK. As a Human Resource Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and implementing effective HR strategies and policies in line with our organizational goals.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the full recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.
- Developing and implementing staff training and development programs to ensure continuous growth and improvement.
- Managing employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Administering employee benefits and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring data confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of HR best practices, are essential for this role.
