Salary: ₦150,00 per month
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring adherence to labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes.
- Address employee grievances and conflict resolution.
- Manage employee benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support the implementation of training programs.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with two years of HR experience and strong communication skills.
