JSK Realty LTD is actively seeking a committed and skilled Human Resource Officer to become a vital part of our team in Abuja. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing recruitment and retention strategies, overseeing the onboarding process, managing employee relations, and administering payroll and benefits. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering employee engagement are crucial aspects of this role.

Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and have a minimum of 3 years of HR experience. Expertise in HR practices, familiarity with Nigerian labor laws, and proficiency in HR software are essential. Strong communication skills are also required.
